50 sec. Jump Lunges/ 10 sec. rest
50 sec. Plank Jumps/ 10 sec. rest
50 sec. Jump Squats/ 10 sec. rest
50 sec. High Knees/ 10 sec. rest
50 sec. Inchworms/ 10 sec. rest
50 sec. Butt Kicks/ 10 sec. rest
