Looking for a Boot Camp in St Kilda ? We have one! We have a minimum of 7 courses running per year. Our programs are a sure fire way to lose weight, tone up and exponentially increase your fitness in the short amount of time. If you need that extra push, our RIM PT’s offer personal Training in Caulfield or Malvern or Albert Park to name a few popular places, but generally all over Melbourne! We will come to you so no more excuses.

Boot Camp is a structured 6 week intensive fitness program, aimed at fast tracking your fitness, size and weight loss results. With a minimum of 8 classes running weekly, URC cadets are encouraged (strongly suggested!) to attend as many sessions as they can possibly fit into their lives.Learn More
