2⃣ a super hard HIIT and cardio session
3⃣ the realisation that I’ve done nothing but eat and drink for 10 days
4⃣ the feeling of just completing over 700 reps!

Time to tone the booty
Coming to the realisation that my booty is growing to unhealthy proportions cue the following:
✅ heavy leg set of 500+ reps
✅ lean protein and salad
✅ the plan to get up and start running program tomorrow
