- 50 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Jump Squats
- 50 Switches
- 15 Push Ups
- 50 High Knees
- 15 Crunches
- 1 Min Skipping OR if no rope Butt Kicks
Repeat 1 or 2 times. Remember to listen to your body, if you are feeling pain at any time throughout your workout stop immediately.
