First day back at training! Nice hard 550 rep leg session should sort out my fat ass! Downgrading to the 16kg kettles though or I won’t be able to walk!

Top left hand corner = sweaty beast after killer gym session this morning! Busted out some cardio then absolutely smashed my legs – pretty happy with myself and even happier after noms egg breakfast 🙂
Back in action!
BOOM! Back in training action! It’s been a crap couple of weeks being sick and recuperating but as of today I’m baaaaack and feeling it! Got myself some new tights from Lorna Jane, started the morning off with nice heavy leg set with fave client Yas – loving life with 20 weeks countdown to my wedding!!! Getting fit and fantastic!
