First day back at training! Nice hard 550 rep leg session should sort out my fat ass! Downgrading to the 16kg kettles though or I won’t be able to walk!

oday’s face of pain is brought to you by the following:
1⃣ a 5am start first day back from holidays
2⃣ a super hard HIIT and cardio session
3⃣ the realisation that I’ve done nothing but eat and drink for 10 days
4⃣ the feeling of just completing over 700 reps!

Motivation Monday
Happy Monday face! But only 25 days until wedding dress fitting!!! Gotta knuckle down and train hard now on a serious mission! Loved the 20kg kettle this morn, more training action this week 🙂
Back in action!
BOOM! Back in training action! It’s been a crap couple of weeks being sick and recuperating but as of today I’m baaaaack and feeling it! Got myself some new tights from Lorna Jane, started the morning off with nice heavy leg set with fave client Yas – loving life with 20 weeks countdown to my wedding!!! Getting fit and fantastic!

Post Pig Out Power Bag Action
See that box of the chocolates on the left? I ate them 🙁 See that 20kg orange Power Bag? I did over 100 lunges with it today! Pigged out on the weekend so smashed myself around with a nice little workout. It’s Monday – gotta get back on the bandwagon
AWESOME Kettlebell course! Love learning new things!
Just spent the day becoming a better Kettlebell instructor with ToughLove Kettlebells. Great course, new tricks and some fun moves to try out with the Results in Motion clients next week. BRING IT ON!
Time to tone the booty
Coming to the realisation that my booty is growing to unhealthy proportions cue the following:
✅ heavy leg set of 500+ reps
✅ lean protein and salad
✅ the plan to get up and start running program tomorrow
Chest and Tri Action!
Slowly adding size to my arms. Need to get back onto the cleanest of clean eating to get more definition. Just Smashed my chest and Tri’s now. Solid hour workout before the day starts. 5 rounds: kb chest press (20kgs) x 12, push ups x 20, kb press (24kgs) x 15, dips x 25. 360 reps. …… fair to say my arms are feeling it.
