BOOM! Back in training action! It’s been a crap couple of weeks being sick and recuperating but as of today I’m baaaaack and feeling it! Got myself some new tights from Lorna Jane, started the morning off with nice heavy leg set with fave client Yas – loving life with 20 weeks countdown to my wedding!!! Getting fit and fantastic!

Amazing Spring Ultimate Results Camp for these 2 lovely ladies! Kicked some serious ass – leaning up nicely for Bali holiday (jealous) and killing their fitness tests:
Push ups: Megan 7% and Gemma 37% increases
Burpees: Megan 27% and 60% increases
Wall squat hold: Megan 91% and Gemma 99% increases
Sit ups: Megan 51% and Gemma 13% increases
Plank holds: Megan 31% and Gemma 33% increases
