“It’s too cold to go outside workout” 

Remember – good form over repetitions. Try and get through 3 sets and complete each exercise for 1 minute with 30 seconds rest between each exercise.

  1. Push Ups
  2. Alternating Squat Kicks
  3. Star Jumps
  4. Butt Kicks
  5. Walking Lunges
  6. Pulse Squats
  7. Tricep Dips
  8. Mountain Climbers
  9. Bicycle Crunches
  10. Leg Raises
  11. Plank Hold
